Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify authorizations, and report suspicious activity or hazards.
• Maintain incident reports and daily logs in accordance with requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, members, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established financial institution procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
