Qualifications

• Experience with database security principles.
• Strong networking knowledge and security implications.
• IAM knowledge.
• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).
• Experience in QA processes and methodologies.
• Background in program management (planning, execution, risk management).
• Experience in security engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security features.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver secure products.
• Translate security requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize backlog and manage trade-offs for business value and satisfaction.
• Drive product launches, GTM strategy, sales enablement, and docs.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Act as security SME, guiding stakeholders across the organization.
