Qualifications

• Experience implementing operational processes or managing projects within security, data centers, critical infrastructure, or comparable environments.
• Strong planning, coordination, issue resolution, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear, actionable steps for frontline teams.
• Experience validating operational readiness and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Demonstrated ability to personally execute implementation work, resolve field issues, and deliver verified operational results.
• Ability to build practical processes, collaborate across teams, and clearly communicate progress, risks, and decisions.
• Ability to work onsite daily.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved process requirements into implementation plans with clear milestones, dependencies, owners, and acceptance criteria.
• Execute implementation activities and develop the documentation, tools, and resources required for successful rollout.
• Work directly with frontline personnel to complete assigned deliverables on schedule.
• Confirm documentation, staffing, training, tools, and stakeholder readiness before rollout.
• Coordinate implementation activities across site leadership, frontline security teams, temporary role leads, and key stakeholders.
• Verify processes are implemented according to approved guidance and project scope.
• Maintain action trackers documenting owners, deadlines, dependencies, and evidence of completion.
• Resolve implementation blockers and elevate risks early to protect timelines and operational outcomes.
• Conduct onsite walkthroughs, observe processes in action, and address execution gaps with frontline teams.
• Coordinate training and maintain evidence of completion and operational readiness.
• Resolve process defects, complete documentation, verify acceptance criteria, and secure handoff to ongoing process owners.
• Provide milestone updates and consolidated weekly status reporting.
• Implementation plans and consolidated rollout tracker.
• Readiness, training, and acceptance records.
• Issue and dependency logs with corrective actions.
• Verified implementation results and documented handoffs.
• Organized transition of approved documentation, open actions, performance measures, and ongoing ownership before assignment completion.
