Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale AI infrastructure and seeks a Security Lead to own physical security across greenfield data-center campuses. You’ll define guard post orders, supervise vendor performance, and coordinate with engineering to deploy ESS systems, including commissioning and adherence to site security plans.

You will protect assets and materials on active build sites, ensuring milestones are met while maintaining a security posture that scales with rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Experience securing data center facilities.
• Technical expertise in Electronic Security Systems, including programming and commissioning.
• Ability to audit guard compliance against post orders.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and construction teams on security deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end physical security across a portfolio of greenfield data center campuses.
• Define and enforce post orders for contract guard services, holding the force to a high bar and managing the vendor strategically.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive on-schedule deployment of physical security systems.
• Carry Fluidstack’s security commitments to customers, hitting every contractual milestone.
• Design and execute site-specific strategies for secure material movement and protection of critical assets through deployment and operations.
