Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to patrol and safeguard clients across various industries. You will use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on your availability, building a schedule that suits you while gaining site experience.

The role offers weekly pay at $21.00/hour with benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance. A valid driver’s license and open availability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license and driving history.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screening required.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or vehicle.
• Watch for unusual conditions and safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department when needed.
• Warn violators of rules and restrict unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances and exits and authorize property access.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicions.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site orders.
