Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer to protect clients across various industries using our shift-pickup platform. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to gain hands-on experience across multiple sites.

You may be assigned irregular shifts with little notice, ideal for building a varied security portfolio. The position emphasizes responsible patrols, incident reporting, and professional customer service, with a pay rate of $18.25 per hour for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• 1+ years armed security/law enforcement/military experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Must be 18+ (21 for armed) where applicable.
• Reliable and adaptable to different posts.
• Able to operate radios and monitors.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Observe for irregular or unusual conditions signaling security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department when needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions (loitering, smoking, etc.).
• Control entry/exit points and monitor access to property.
• Document accidents and incidents with written reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
