You will lead security engagements across Salesforce platforms, guiding customers on controls, governance, and compliance while partnering with account teams for pre-sales efforts.

The role requires deep platform fluency, executive-level communication, and the ability to drive thought leadership and practice development in security for large enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of professional experience, incl. Big 4 or equivalent Salesforce-focused practice
• Strong knowledge of security controls and frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
• Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing Salesforce security engagements
• Excellent executive communication and presence

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security engagements for enterprise Salesforce environments
• Advise on security controls, governance, and compliance for Salesforce architecture
• Drive pre-sales efforts, solution scoping, and executive-level presentations
• Translate platform mechanics into risk and compliance terms for senior stakeholders
• Develop and refine security delivery methodologies and accelerators
• Mentor teams and contribute to go-to-market strategies
