Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Security Practices Director to lead enterprise security engagements and guide customers through architecture, controls, and compliance within the Salesforce Platform.

You will collaborate with account teams, act as a trusted advisor to C-suite security stakeholders, and develop reusable delivery assets while mentoring teams across Agentforce, Data Cloud, and core platform security.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of professional experience in security, including a Big 4 consulting firm or equivalent Salesforce-focused practice.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Platform security controls, architecture, and governance.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications related to Salesforce security are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security engagements for enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Advise on security controls, governance frameworks, and compliance within Salesforce architecture.
• Drive pre-sales activities: discovery, scoping and executive presentations grounded in platform security capabilities.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite security stakeholders and translate platform mechanics into risk terms.
• Develop and refine practice delivery methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets for Salesforce security.
• Contribute to thought leadership, GTM strategies, and mentoring on Salesforce security best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Trust teams to stay current on Salesforce security roadmaps.
