Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Security Practices Director to lead security engagements for enterprise customers, focusing on secure Salesforce Platform environments and compliance. You will guide customers through control frameworks, architecture considerations, and implementation best practices across Salesforce and related products.

You will partner with sales and delivery teams to shape solutions, mentor teams, and advance the security practice with thought leadership and GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of professional experience at a Big 4 or equivalent Salesforce-focused practice.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Platform security, org architecture, data model and sharing.
• Experience leading client-facing security assessments and implementation engagements.
• Strong pre-sales instincts and ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security engagements for enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Advise on controls, governance and compliance within Salesforce architecture.
• Drive pre-sales efforts, discovery, scoping and executive presentations.
• Translate platform mechanics into risk and compliance terms for stakeholders.
• Develop methodology, accelerators and reusable assets for Salesforce security.
