Salesforce is seeking a Security Practices Director to join our Professional Services team focused on delivering security and compliance engagements that help customers maximize the value of their Salesforce investments — safely and at scale.

This role requires deep hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce Platform and security expertise: you''ll guide customers through security assessments, control frameworks, and implementation best practices across Salesforce, including Data Cloud and Agentforce.

Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of professional security consulting or advisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security controls.
• Experience leading client-facing security assessments and engagements.
• Strong executive-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Salesforce certifications preferred (Security Specialist, Platform App Builder).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security engagements for enterprise Salesforce deployments.
• Advise on controls, governance, and compliance within Salesforce architecture.
• Drive pre-sales efforts with discovery, scoping, and executive presentations.
• Translate platform mechanics into risk and compliance terms for C-suite.
• Develop delivery methodologies and reusable security assets.
