Job summary

Ardent Eagle Solutions is seeking a Technical Writer/Editor to provide authoritative writing, technical editing, coordination, and document-management support for OSIRC. The role ensures essential security policy remains current, clear, and aligned with operations and risk.

Embedded within the PPCD, the candidate will support multiple divisions, manage sensitive material, and help develop repeatable processes while coordinating with subject-matter experts and leadership.

Qualifications

• Approximately five years of demonstrated experience in technical writing and editorial review.
• Ability to review and edit correspondence, reports, policies, procedures, web content, PDFs, and presentations for grammar and tone.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to produce publication-ready work.
• Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Discretion and safeguarding of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Routinely review and revise official documents to improve clarity and consistency.
• Provide technical editing for security policies and SOPs.
• Support updates to policy documents and coordinate responses.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage review comments.
• Develop repeatable processes through SOPs and guidance.
• Create and refine reports and briefing materials for leadership.
• Review content for OSIRC websites and SharePoint.
• Prepare newsletters and presentation materials.
