Job summary

Tarian oversees daily site operations as a Patrol Supervisor, ensuring scheduling accuracy, on-site patrols, and clear communication between staff and management. You will help meet client requirements and maintain secure, compliant operations at multiple sites in New York.

This role requires a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and security experience of 2+ years, with the ability to obtain required licenses.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Security experience with 2+ years.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire shift and lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatch calls and coordinate with Operations Managers, site supervisors, and on-duty officers.
• Track and document employee attendance, call-offs, and tardiness in TrackTik and internal dashboards.
• Ensure shift coverage by assigning trained officers or filling in when necessary.
• Update schedules in real time and maintain accurate records of patrols and site activity.
• Patrol assigned sites and document all activity for transparency.
• Support Schedule Coordinators and Operations Management with weekly schedule planning and time approval processes.
• Communicate schedule changes, updates, and operational directives promptly to relevant team members.
• Adhere to all management updates, policies, and operational goals.
