Job summary

Titan Security Group is hiring Security Patrol Flex Officers to support locations in the Wayne/Westland area. The role requires strong customer service, de-escalation, and safety skills as you monitor, document incidents, and coordinate with authorities.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with prior security or service experience, able to pass background checks, and able to work shifts including evenings and weekends. Competitive starting pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with the security monitoring company, law enforcement, and/or fire officials in alarm situations.
• Assist law enforcement and client employees in apprehending absconders and handling unruly individuals.
• Recognize dangerous conditions and respond appropriately.
• Render first aid in emergencies and summon medical services when necessary.
• Provide daily incident summaries and detailed reports to the client via email.
