Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Previous experience in security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform concierge and patrol services at assigned properties.
• Conduct access control and gate entry operations.
• Monitor and operate security technology, including CCTV systems.
• Write detailed and professional reports on daily activities.
• Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents.
• Enforce company and client policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Adapt quickly to new environments.
• Other duties as assigned.
