Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and personnel by following site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the property and report hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and contractor arrivals; verify authorization and maintain logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and complete incident reports.
• Maintain a professional environment and enforce site rules; escalate concerns to management as needed.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in East Wenatchee, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate data center location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate data center location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of the property, building exterior, parking areas, perimeter, and other assigned areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and contractor arrivals and departures; verify authorization in accordance with site procedures and maintain required logs and documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete detailed incident reports.
• Help maintain an orderly environment by communicating professionally with occupants and visitors, enforcing site rules, and escalating concerns to Allied Universal leadership or site management as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
