Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Lake Forest, CA. You will provide customer service, patrol locations, monitor access points, and maintain a safe environment while upholding Allied Universal’s people-first culture.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, at least 1 year of security experience, and the ability to respond calmly to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization, maintaining incident records.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel and follow reporting and access-control procedures.

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Lake Forest, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture with teamwork and integrity.

Position Type: Full Time / Swing Shift

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Tue 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sun 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Support a professional, orderly environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following established reporting and access-control procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
