Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Patrol in Canyon Lake, CA. You will patrol residential community areas by vehicle and bicycle, provide excellent customer service, and enforce site procedures. Security Officer Driver Patrol

In Canyon Lake, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a residential community by vehicle and bicycle, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to concerns, document observations, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to residents and visitors. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Wed 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM
• Thur 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, amenities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, property concerns, access-control issues, and potential rule violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to site management and incoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be able to ride a bike.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
