Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in security, criminal justice, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of security or investigations experience; 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Ability to coordinate with law enforcement and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security operations for UHU, including staffing and performance.
• Serve as primary liaison with Area15 security and LVPD; ensure compliance with laws.
• Administer security systems, access control, and incident response planning.
• Manage onboarding, scheduling, and training of Security Team Members.
• Lead Emergency Management planning and execution with leadership.
