Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; cybersecurity or IT-related fields preferred.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.
• CISSP, Security+, ITIL or related certifications desired.
• Experience with security reporting and compliance in IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead security-related support activities in Tier 3 back-end and engineering operations.
• Coordinate endpoint protection, device security, and local security configurations.
• Collaborate with teams to strengthen security posture and compliance.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and audit responses.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and change planning with security focus.
