Job summary

First Coast Security is launching a new site in Beaver Dam and seeks a Security Operations Supervisor to lead the daily security operations at the data center. You will supervise the security team, reports to SOM, and help shape culture and standards from day one.

The role emphasizes governance, post management, and collaboration with training to drive incident response, shift handovers, and client compliance across the site.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of excellence in security, leading by example and settinghigh standards
• Provide operational reports to site security management as requested or on a routine basis
• Track and report daily and weekly shift updates, includingsignificant events, team meetings, and training completed
• Lead and support the security team during operations, incident escalation, and response
• Ensure all security posts aremannedaccording to global standards
• Provide support and relief to posts as needed
• Oversee vendor Post Orders (POs) and ensure compliance with client requirements
• Report, ___and manage incidents, emergencies, and site issuesin accordance withclient global standards
• Collaborate with the site Training Coordinator (TC) and SOM to provide up-to-date initiatives based on training needs analysis
• Oversee documented shift handover processes for operational effectiveness
• Act as a liaison between site security management and the data center security team whenrequired
• Ensure uniformed security personnel adhere to global standards
• Identifyopportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance security operations
• Provide feedback and coaching to security personnel to enhance performance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve staff engagement and motivation
• Complete other tasks, projects, and administrative duties as assigned by the SOM or Client
