You will oversee a team of Security Specialists, ensure compliance with post orders, and coordinate all security programs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in security management, with flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in safety and security management or supervision, law enforcement or military, or security control room supervision.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client's corporate management to ensure proper utilization and execution of security programs and projects.
• Oversee a team of Security Specialists, ensuring compliance with post orders, providing training and coaching as needed.
• Manage and coordinate all security operations and programs in the assigned area.
• Respond promptly to emergent events, issues, deficiencies and client requests.
• Initiate investigations and write incident reports as directed.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records including timekeeping and daily activity reports.
• Perform other related duties as required.
