Job summary

Marksman Security, a nationally recognized provider based in Uxbridge, MA, is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily security operations at a pharmaceutical warehouse. You will oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and officer scheduling while building SOPs and training programs.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in security with 1+ year in supervisory roles, MA Security License, MA Driver’s License, and a proven track record of mentoring 10+ officers.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of security experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
MA Security License and MA Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

Lead daily security operations including access control and CCTV monitoring.
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs; oversee scheduling and payroll.
Mentor and supervise 10+ security officers through coaching and performance oversight.
