Job summary

ARMADA is seeking a Security Specialist - Administrative in Arlington, VA to support GENSEC, INDUSEC, NFOSEC, PERSEC and PHYSEC programs, safeguarding classified and CUI information and coordinating across multiple security domains.

The role requires 10+ years of experience and a Master’s degree in a relevant field (or a BA with 4 additional years). You will maintain records, interpret security policies, and liaise with program offices and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with government security disciplines across multiple domains.
• Ability to interpret security policies and support administrative processes.
• Proven track record in maintaining accurate security records and logs.

Responsibilities

• Assist GENSEC with management of cross-domain security issues.
• Support INDUSEC in safeguarding classified, CUI, and ITAR information.
• Provide admin support for NFOSEC and maintain documentation.
• Track security eligibility and personnel vetting actions for PERSEC.
• Coordinate measures to prevent unauthorized access to people and assets.
• Maintain security logs, correspondence, and process documentation.
• Coordinate with security personnel, program offices, and external stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings, track actions, and help implement guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
