ARMADA, Ltd. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Security Specialist - General to support and manage security disciplines protecting classified and CUI information, personnel, and facilities.

The role provides administrative coordination across multiple security domains to maintain compliance with government standards. Responsibilities include supporting GENSEC, INDUSEC, NFOSEC, PERSEC, and PHYSEC programs; maintaining security records; coordinating with program offices and external stakeholders; and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of government security disciplines including general security, industrial security, information security, personnel security, and physical security requirements.
• Excellent recordkeeping and documentation skills to support multi-disciplinary security programs.
• Ability to interpret security policies and assist personnel with security processes.
• Strong coordination and communication with security personnel and program stakeholders.
• Experience implementing protective measures to safeguard information, personnel, facilities, and program materials.
• Specialized experience with flag-officer level briefings and senior-level interface.

Responsibilities

• Support GENSEC activities by assisting with management of general security issues across multiple domains.
• Assist INDUSEC responsibilities safeguarding classified and controlled information under the National Industrial Security Program.
• Provide administrative support for NFOSEC protecting classified and CUI information.
• Support PERSEC functions by tracking security eligibility requirements and vetting actions.
• Assist PHYSEC efforts coordinating measures to prevent unauthorized access to personnel, facilities, and materials.
• Maintain accurate security records, logs, and correspondence across all disciplines.
• Coordinate with security personnel, program offices, and external stakeholders to support daily operations and administrative requirements.
• Participate in meetings, track actions, and help implement security guidelines across the program.
• Other duties as assigned.
