Job summary

Tetra Tech AMT is seeking a Security Specialist Assistant to support division leaders with data, reports, and scheduling tasks in New Jersey. The role handles report pulls, draft business reports, workload tracking, and meeting preparation.

Ideal candidates will assist with process development, budget tracking, and correspondence, contributing to efficient operations and data-driven decisions for ITS and division management.

Responsibilities

• Pulls reports from ITS system and prepare reports for AXP 600 leadership
• Compiles and prepares draft business reports
• Compiles and prepares monthly workload reports from OPM reports and ITS
• Assists/prepares agendas/meetings for Division Manager
• Develops and assists with preparation of various data/reports as directed by Division Manager
• Budget Tracking
• Tracks clearance suspensions and reinstatements
• Assists in various correspondence (both written and telephonic)
• Assists in development and updates of processes
