Job summary

American Technology Solutions International Corp. (ATSI) is seeking an organized administrative professional to provide operations, analytics, and program support within the MX Department at Crane. You will help standardize processes, support leadership, and drive compliance across the organization.

The role focuses on data reporting with Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Teams administration, while coordinating with HR, Security, and division leadership to keep systems current and accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of DoD admin/ops/program support experience, Navy/Crane environment preferred.
• Experience in government contracting compliance, HR-adjacent, or facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, track, and report department plans and initiatives.
• Provide technical coordination and guidance for admin support staff.
• Attend meetings, capture notes, and facilitate status updates.
• Develop dashboards and monthly stoplight reports using Power BI.
• Maintain rosters and systems of record; coordinate with HR, Security, and leadership.
• Track compliance for telework, timecards, travel vouchers, DAWIA, CSWF, safety training.
