Job summary

Tetra Tech AMT is seeking a Security Specialist Assistant to support daily operations, generate reports for leadership, and assist in developing data-driven processes.

You will compile monthly workload reports from ITS/OPM data, track budgets, monitor clearance suspensions, prepare meeting agendas for the Division Manager, and assist in correspondence and process updates.

Responsibilities

• Pulls reports from ITS system and prepares reports for AXP 600 leadership
• Compiles and prepares draft business reports
• Compiles and prepares monthly workload reports from OPM reports and ITS
• Assists/prepares agendas/meetings for Division Manager
• Develops and assists with preparation of various data/reports as directed by Division Manager
• Budget Tracking
• Tracks clearance suspensions and reinstatements
• Assists in various correspondence (both written and telephonic)
• Assists in development and updates of processes
