Job summary

Rockland Trust is seeking a Summer Intern for Security Operations Process Improvement & Documentation. You will analyze workflows, map processes, build SOPs, and help design a scalable, audit-ready security program.

This role offers a hands-on opportunity to own meaningful projects and collaborate with Corporate Security leadership. You'll develop documentation, inventories, and KPIs while partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver actionable insights and executive-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Strong written communication and documentation abilities.
• Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Document and map key Corporate Security processes and workflows.
• Develop SOP templates and procedures.
• Create RACI matrices and process inventories for critical security functions.
• Assist with Lean Six Sigma concepts to propose improvements.
• Support knowledge management and centralized documentation efforts.
• Contribute to KPI framework design and reporting concepts.
