What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead Security Operations and Incident Response practices for the North America region
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to ensure timely incident mitigation and remediation
• Conduct continuous process improvement for Security Operations and Incident Response processes
• Collect, track, measure, and report Security Operations and Incident Response metrics
• Partner with Global Security Operations and Incident Response leaders to respond to new and emerging threats
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2-3 years of experience in leadership and management of technical teams and talent development
• 8+ years of experience in Incident Response, Security Operations, or a related Cybersecurity field
• Advanced experience in threat intelligence, threat hunting, and enterprise/cloud security
• Ability to recognize common attacker tools, tactics, and procedures
• Experience with EDR, SIEM, and other cybersecurity tools
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proven track record of managing incident response teams effectively
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and governance frameworks in cybersecurity
• Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
• Certifications in cybersecurity (such as CISSP, CISM, or similar)
