Respect Foods operates two divisions: Broker/Consulting Division, offering product leadership and expertise in Limited Assortment Grocers, and Private Label Supply Division, providing exclusive recipes to national supermarket chains.

Role Description

This is a fully remote, full-time role for a Data Operations Manager at Respect Foods, Inc. The Data Operations Manager will be responsible for developing a strategy to automate and outsource data tasks and reporting, develop processes and procedures to ensure client compliance to food safety reporting, and help the business evolve to become more organized and efficient. The role will likely evolve substantially over year 1-2 and allow for growth in responsibilities if desired. The initial role will be data intensive, but as the candidate automates and outsources tedious data tasks, more time will be dedicated to business shaping. This position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity and optimizing data processes.
