Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of security experience or related military/police training.
• Two years of field supervision experience in security or law enforcement.
• Detailed knowledge of federal contract security operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned officers and meet contractual requirements.
• Schedule and input officers' time in payroll; minimize overtime.
• Ensure posts are staffed and supervise Protective Security Officers.
• Maintain order and discipline per conduct rules and contracts.
• Ensure officers have proper uniform and equipment.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and supervise squads.
• Travel state-wide and occasionally interstate as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
