Job summary

Walden Security is seeking a working supervisor to coordinate and lead Contract Security Officers at the field level, ensuring adherence to client expectations, post orders, and company standards.

The role includes performing the duties of a Contract Security Officer while providing leadership, training, and operational oversight to maintain effective security operations and timely communication of issues to management.

Qualifications

• CSSs must possess a minimum of two years of successful field supervision experience (civilian law enforcement, military, or security service) or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• State Security Officer License as applicable.
• Certification in the use of weapons may be required; CPR/AED/First Aid certification may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of Contract Security Officers at field level, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company policies.
• Provide leadership, training, inspection, reporting, and administrative oversight for security operations.
• Serve as senior supervisor during assigned hours and address operational issues within authority.
