QTS Data Centers is seeking a Security Operations Manager II to oversee physical security services across data center operations, ensuring a safe environment for visitors, clients, and staff while delivering exceptional service. You will coordinate contract guards, incident reporting, and project security tasks with regional specialists.

You will lead security staff, manage campus operations, and partner with vendors on improvements, budgets, and training.

Qualifications

• 7+ years working in an operational or physical security environment.
• 5+ years of security patrolling and reporting.
• 3+ years dealing with security vendors, contractors, and customers.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• On-site availability for a 24x7x365 data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline security staff and daily operations to ensure a safe visitor experience.
• Manage security operations for a single or multi-building campus or mega data center.
• Oversee security projects to meet timelines and budget with baseline requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for system repairs and training.
• Develop and implement security procedures to protect employees, visitors, and assets.
