Job summary

IMDiversity Inc. is seeking a Security Coordinator to support the Security Manager by overseeing daily operations, supervising the Security Operations Center, and ensuring compliance with SOPs to protect people and assets.

This role coordinates emergency responses, manages contract security staff, prepares incident reports, and acts as a liaison with internal departments, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of security experience, including 2 years in a lead role.
• Experience in Security Operations Center environments is preferred.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver's License or equivalent driving credentials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security operations following SOPs to ensure adherence.
• Oversee Security Operations Center and EM/crisis management responsiveness.
• Manage contract security staff: selection, training, and scheduling.
• Evaluate internal and contracted security operations for effectiveness.
• Train staff and monitor performance; respond to emergencies and file reports.
