Job summary

Driverge Vehicle Innovations seeks a Private Patrol Operations Manager (PPOM) to oversee day-to-day security operations, ensuring officers are scheduled, supervised, trained, and deployed in line with SOPs, client post orders, and New Mexico RLD requirements.

The role involves supervising posts, verifying licenses and certifications, conducting site inspections, reviewing reports, and coordinating with clients and officers. Strong leadership and multi-site management are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a valid New Mexico Level I, II, III, & PPOM license.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in security operations.
• Knowledge of NM RLD regulations and private patrol operations.
• Ability to manage personnel across multiple sites.
• Must maintain licenses and certifications in good standing.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Daily oversight of security operations and officer performance.
• Scheduling, deployment, and coverage of all assigned posts.
• Ensuring officers maintain valid licenses, training, and certifications.
• Conducting site inspections and post audits.
• Reviewing reports, incidents, and use-of-force documentation.
• Serving as liaison between clients, officers, and the PPO.
• Implementing corrective action and coaching when necessary.
• Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training coordination.
