Job summary

Santa Claran is seeking a Private Patrol Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations, supervise officers, and ensure compliance with client orders and state regulations. The role emphasizes scheduling, training, and performance management across multiple sites.

The candidate will coordinate with clients and officers, implement coaching, and assist with hiring and onboarding to maintain high standards of safety and service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a valid New Mexico Level I, II, III, & PPOM license.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in security operations.
• Knowledge of NMRLD regulations and private patrol operations.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License.
• Must hold a Santa Clara Pueblo Gaming license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Daily oversight of security operations and officer performance.
• Scheduling, deployment, and coverage of all assigned posts.
• Ensuring officers maintain valid licenses, training, and certifications.
• Conducting site inspections and post audits.
• Reviewing reports, incidents, and use-of-force documentation.
• Serving as liaison between clients, officers, and the PPO.
• Implementing corrective action and coaching when necessary.
• Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training coordination.
