Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee security operations across multiple client sites in theUS. You will lead security officers and Field Supervisors, ensuring post orders are followed and that daily operations run smoothly.

You will build strong client relationships, support new client start-ups, and help shape site security plans while coaching staff and managing schedules and payroll accuracy. This is a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic security environment.

Qualifications

• Operations experience required.
• Proficient with technology and MS Office.
• Excel and Microsoft systems proficiency.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and Field Supervisors across multiple locations.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure post orders are followed.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviews.
• Support new client start-ups and help shape site security plans.
• Coach, train, and develop staff; assist with corrective actions when needed.
• Manage schedules, staffing, and labor costs to ensure smooth operations.
• Review reports, maintain payroll accuracy, and complete required documentation.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
