Signal Of Greater San Diego is seeking a Security Team Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day security operations for client accounts. You will support management, guide officers, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements through training and coaching.

This role requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays and overnight shifts. Strong organization, reporting, and communication skills are essential to maintain service quality and safely resolve

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid California Guard Card (Vaid California Guard Card).
• Employment contingent upon background check and drug screen.
• Complete training modules within first month.
• Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for overall quality of service to assigned accounts/clients.
• Developing officers/supervisors for success to impact client service quality.
• Perform routine site inspections to assess security measures and vulnerabilities.
• Improve processes, quality of service, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee officer development and performance management.
• Ensure shifts are filled in advance accounting for time off requests.
• Daily review of activity and incident reports and coordinate with clients/management.
• Improve team report writing on an ongoing basis.
• Oversee maintenance and condition of site equipment.
• Organize bi-weekly team meetings and review KPI priorities.
• Notify management of field issues for timely follow up.
• Act as primary contact for emergencies and ensure prompt response.
• Provide ongoing training and guidance to security personnel.
• Monitor policies through spot checks and inspections.
• Issue disciplinary action per employee handbook.
• Foster a positive working environment through feedback and recognition.
