Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage a shift of guarding operations across multiple sites. You will supervise field staff, coach personnel, and ensure adherence to post orders and safety procedures.

You will also handle scheduling, client communications, payroll records, and performance reporting while supporting branch operations with strong leadership and compliance mindset.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Associate’s Degree and 1 year of experience in security operations, or an equivalent combination.
• Additional relevant experience can substitute for the required education.
• Pre-employment screening including drug screen and background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manages a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, supervising staff.
• Ensures service expectations are met through client contact and post inspections.
• Meets with management and clients for status updates and security planning.
• Coordinates orientation, training, development and retention of staff; coaches and disciplines as needed.
• Maintains payroll records and reviews client and company reports for accuracy.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Communicates scheduling, staffing, equipment and records; controls labor costs.
• Provides input to company initiatives and assists management with issues.
• Performs duties of similar nature as required.
