Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an experienced MCPP-PHIL Assistant Security Manager to oversee security management for facilities and protective services across three core areas.

The role ensures safety of information, property, personnel, and operations while aligning with DoD policies and risk management processes. The position leads security personnel, maintains surveillance and access control systems, and develops emergency plans and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of security management experience in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of DoD facilities security policies and risk management.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities security and access control in line with DoD policies.
• Lead protective services and supervise security personnel and guards.
• Develop emergency management standards and training programs.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Prepare quarterly briefings and progress reports on security projects.
