Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of security management experience.
• U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Philippines Work Visa.
• Strong knowledge of DOD facilities security policies and risk management processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations and develop site security guidelines per ISC RMF policies.
• Manage security personnel and ensure training on safeguarding information, property, and personnel.
• Implement and maintain security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control.
