Job summary

Maximus is seeking a cybersecurity operations professional to provide advanced support across enterprise IT and OT environments. The role includes leading containment/restoration during incidents and coordinating remediation with cross-functional teams.

Minimum 4+ years in cybersecurity operations and a Bachelor’s degree are required; U.S. citizenship or national status and public trust eligibility are preferred. Contingent on contract award and position availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or enterprise security support roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for cybersecurity operations across enterprise IT and OT environments.
• Lead and support containment and restoration efforts during security incidents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute remediation actions across infrastructure and cloud platforms.
