Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking an Assistant Security Manager at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, WV. You will direct and oversee security operations, supervise staff, plan schedules, and manage performance.

This role requires a high school diploma, 21+ years old, valid driver’s license, and flexible availability. Prior security supervisory experience is a plus, with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old by law.
• Security supervisory or related experience is beneficial.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Train team members and schedule shifts to ensure coverage.
• Oversee timekeeping and attendance records.
• Investigate incidents and security concerns on site.
• Maintain logs of lost and found, counterfeit currency, and substances.
• Ensure confidentiality of security and administrative information.
• May operate a company vehicle as needed.
