Job summary

Neumo seeks a Manager, Information Security to lead our Security Operations and Engineering program. This hands-on, player-coach role will guide a small team while personally contributing to engineering, triage, and incident response as needed.

You will own the roadmap across WAF, DLP, AI Security and Automation, vulnerability management, incident management, cloud security, and purple team, collaborating with the CISO and cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in information security with leadership experience.
• Hands-on with WAF, DLP, vulnerability management, and cloud security controls.
• Experience building or deploying automation to scale security operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Security Operations and Engineering strategy.
• Lead and mentor 2–3 direct reports while remaining hands-on.
• Collaborate with CISO and cross-functional leaders to align security initiatives.
• Manage team capacity, priorities and performance reviews.
• Own vendor and tooling deployments and report progress to senior leaders.
