Qualifications

• 7+ years in information security with at least 2–3 years in people leadership
• Hands-on experience with WAF, DLP, vulnerabilities, and cloud security controls
• Experience leading or participating in incident response and post-incident reviews

Responsibilities

• Execute the Security Operations and Engineering strategy aligned to business goals
• Mentor and grow 2–3 direct reports while remaining hands-on
• Collaborate with CISO and cross-functional leaders to align security initiatives with business needs
• Manage team capacity, priorities, and performance reviews
• Own vendor and tooling deployments
• Report program metrics, risk posture, and roadmap progress to senior leadership
• Design, deploy, and maintain security tooling and infrastructure across the environment
• Drive security engineering including SIEM, logging, and automation pipelines
