Job summary

Neumo seeks a Manager, Information Security (GRC) to own and mature the company’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance program. This hands‑on leadership role will manage 1–2 direct reports while driving audits, risk assessments, and control automation to support SOC 1/2 and PCI certifications.

You will translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, partner with legal and engineering, and push data governance and CCM initiatives with AI‑driven workflows that scale without linear headcount

Qualifications

• 6+ years in GRC, information security compliance, or IT audit with mentoring experience.
• Experience owning SOC 1, SOC 2, and PCI DSS programs end‑to‑end, including audits.
• Hands‑on with GRC platforms (e.g., Vanta, Drata, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, Archer) and risk management processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Neumo's GRC strategy and roadmap with the CISO.
• Mentor 1–2 direct reports across compliance, risk, and audit activities.
• Lead risk governance: data classification, retention, and handling standards.
• Maintain risk registers and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual risk reviews.
• Oversee SOC 1/2 and PCI DSS audits: evidence collection, auditor coordination, remediation tracking.
