Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Manager, Information Security to lead the execution of our Security Operations and Engineering program. This hands-on, player-coach role will manage 2–3 direct reports while also rolling up your sleeves on engineering, triage, and incident response when needed.

You will own the roadmap and day-to-day execution across WAF, DLP, AI Security and Security Automation, Vulnerability Management, Incident Management, Cloud Security, Purple Team, and broader Security Engineering.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in information security with leadership experience.
• Hands-on with WAF, DLP, vulnerability management, and cloud security controls.
• Experience in incident response and automation to scale operations.
• Exposure to AI/LLM tooling and security implications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Operations and Engineering strategy with executive alignment.
• Manage a 2–3 person team while remaining hands-on in engineering and triage.
• Partner with CISO and cross-functional leaders to align security initiatives with business needs.
• Own vendor deployments, security tooling, and program metrics.
