Job summary

Neumo seeks a Manager, Information Security to lead Security Operations and Engineering. You will manage 2–3 direct reports while also hands‑on with engineering, triage, and incident response. Own the roadmap across WAF, DLP, AI Security, and security tooling.

You will collaborate with the CISO and cross‑functional leaders to align security initiatives with business needs, drive vendor deployments, and mature incident response programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years information security experience
• 2–3 years in people management or team lead role
• Hands-on with WAF, DLP, vulnerable management, and cloud security controls
• Experience leading incident response and post‑incident reporting
• Exposure to AI/LLM tooling and security implications is a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute Security Operations and Engineering strategy.
• Manage and mentor 2–3 direct reports while remaining hands‑on.
• Partner with CISO and cross‑functional leaders to align security initiatives.
• Own vendor and tooling deployments and roadmaps.
• Lead incident response from detection to post‑incident review.
• Set cloud security architecture and enforce controls.
• Run and mature purple team exercises to validate detection.
• Design, build, and maintain security tooling and automation pipelines.
