Brownstone Security Systems Inc. seeks a capable security supervisor to lead the post, supervise officers, and enforce post orders and company policies. You will develop scheduling, train staff, and coordinate with clients to ensure top-tier protection and service delivery.

Requires at least 3 years in security, 2 years supervisory experience, and bilingual Spanish. Must maintain licenses and a valid driver’s license; strong MS Office skills and 24/7 responsiveness are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• 3 years security or related experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience in security.
• 1 year scheduling with a minimum of 336 weekly hours.
• Maintain valid security guard registration and valid driver license.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and refine physical security policies and procedures.
• Directly manage security officers and personnel.
• Respond to incidents and file reports.
• Train and supervise officers on post orders.
• Schedule team members and audits for payroll accuracy.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure high-quality service.
