Montage International is seeking a meticulous Security Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Security Department at Montage Big Sky. This role serves as the primary administrative partner, handling correspondence, reports, meetings, and onboarding for security staff.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities while upholding the standards of a luxury hospitality environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years administrative, office coordination, executive assistant, or similar experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Security and Security Leadership Team.
• Manage department correspondence, emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
• Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and departmental documents.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, training sessions, and department events.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for security records and documentation.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative processes for new security associates.
• Support scheduling administration, timekeeping review, and department roster updates.
• Track and maintain security certifications, licenses, training records, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate uniform orders, department supplies, equipment inventories, and vendor requests.
• Process departmental purchase requests, invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking documentation.
• Maintain department policies and standard operating guidelines.
